10-Year-Old Boy Injured in West Bexar County ATV Crash on Pioneer Estates

Bexar County, Texas (January 3, 2020) – A 10-year-old boy was injured in an ATV crash Thursday evening in west Bexar County, according to the deputies.

The crash happened on Thursday, January 2, in the 5500 block of Pioneer Estates.

Deputies said the boy and a 6-year-old girl were riding an ATV when they collided with a black pickup.

The boy was airlifted to University Hospital with a broken femur, a laceration to his head, and complaints of neck pain.

The girl was uninjured in the crash.

The deputies are investigating the crash.
