Brandon Marshall Injured in Fatal Robinson Two-Vehicle Crash on FM 434 and E. Rocket Road

Robinson, Texas (June 29, 2021) – One person was killed and another was injured in a two-vehicle crash Sunday morning, outside of Robinson, according to the Texas DPS.

The fatal crash happened around 11:30 a.m., June 27, at the intersection of FM 434 and E. Rocket Road.

DPS said Ashley Bagley, 35, of Lorena, was driving a Dodge Challenger on East Rocket Road when she failed to yield the right-of-way and crashed into a Ford F-250 truck that was traveling southbound on FM 434.

Bagley was pronounced dead at the scene.

A GoFundMe has been created to raise money for Bagley’s funeral services. She leaves behind two children.

Bagley’s boyfriend, Brandon Marshall, 38, who was a passenger in the Challenger, was taken to Baylor Scott and White with non-life-threatening injuries. He had four broken ribs and a ruptured spleen, and he received four staples to the back of his head.

No other injuries were reported.

The DPS is investigating the crash.

“When a person has suffered a grave personal injury in an accident due to someone else’s negligence, the most overwhelming emotion they feel is a sense of injustice. They often ask how such a life-altering event could have happened to them,” attorney Joel A. Gordon said. “The next question usually is, who can help me?” Mr. Gordon added.

A legal advocate can represent an injury victim or the family of a deceased victim. The attorney will file a claim on behalf of the victim and will have the responsibility of citing existing codes, laws or statutes which were violated.
