Budd Kerr ID’d as Man Killed in Fritch Pedestrian Crash on Broadway and Sheridan Streets

Fritch, Texas (February 2, 2019) – Police have released the identity of the man who died in an auto-pedestrian accident in Fritch on Thursday afternoon.
Budd Leroy Kerr, 63, was killed in the crash that happened at about 3:15 p.m. January 31 at Broadway and Sheridan streets.
Fritch police said Kerr was driving a 1988 Ford F-150 on Broadway when it became disabled in the turning lane.
As Kerr was working on the disabled vehicle, the vehicle’s drive train engaged hitting him.
Kerr was pronounced dead at the scene.
The crash remained under investigation.
