Juvenile Injured in Harris County ATV Crash on Begonia Lane

Harris County, Texas (June 3, 2019) – A small child was hospitalized Sunday afternoon after being hit by a vehicle in east Harris County, authorities said.

The crash occurred on Begonia Lane Sunday, June 2.

According to the authorities, a vehicle driven by an unidentified woman was traveling on Begonia Lane when for reasons still under investigation, the driver ran a red light and struck the child on the 4-wheeler.

The child was airlifted to the Texas Medical Center with unspecified injuries.

The crash remains under investigation.
