4-Year-Old Child Injured in Bexar County Pedestrian Crash on Glen Park

Bexar County, Texas (April 8, 2019) – A child was airlifted to a hospital after being struck by a vehicle in northeast Bexar County on Sunday afternoon.
The incident happened at about 5:15 p.m. April 7, in the 7100 block of Glen Park.
According to the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office, the 4-year-old child was in the roadway when they were hit by an SUV traveling eastbound on Glen Park.
The child sustained injuries to their lower torso and was flown to University Hospital for treatment.
The driver of the SUV remained at the scene.
The identities of the victim and the driver involved were not immediately released.
There was no further information on the accident.
