Woman, Child Hospitalized after San Angelo Car Crash on S. Abe Street

San Angelo, Texas (April 10, 2019) – A crash between two vehicles caused one of them to roll over and sent two people to a hospital on Tuesday afternoon in San Angelo.
According to a police report, the collision occurred on Tuesday, April 9 on S. Abe and W. Twohig streets.
An SUV heading south on S Abe Street made an illegal lane change and struck a Jeep that was also going south. The Jeep rolled over upon the impact.
The SUV was being operated by a female driver who had a child as a passenger. The two were taken to a local hospital for evaluation and treatment.
The occupants of the Jeep were not hurt.
The SUV driver was cited for improper lane change.
