Child Killed, Adult Injured in North Austin Pedestrian Accident on Meadows Drive

Austin, Texas (February 5, 2023) – A child was killed, and an adult was injured Saturday afternoon in a pedestrian accident in North Austin, according to the authorities.

The deadly accident happened around 4:30 p.m., February 4, in the 900 block of N. Meadows Drive.

Authorities said a child and an adult were involved in a pedestrian crash.

The child was pronounced dead at the scene.

The adult was taken to Dell Seton Medical Center with serious injuries.

No other information was available.

An investigation into the crash is underway.
