Christopher Taylor and Jeremy Sanchez Killed in San Antonio Two-Vehicle Crash on Grissom Road near Timber Path

San Antonio, Texas (November 1, 2021) – Two people were killed, and three others were injured Sunday night in a two-vehicle crash in San Antonio’s West Side, according to the police.

The fatal crash happened around 11:00 p.m., October 24, in the 8700 block of Grissom Road near Timber Path. 

Police said a Volkswagen SUV was traveling eastbound at a high rate of speed when it crashed into a Toyota pickup truck that was exiting a Whataburger parking lot and was attempting to head westbound.

Both vehicles lost control after the crash and rolled over several times.

Two men in the Jetta, Christopher Matthew Taylor, 24, and Jeremy Alexander Sanchez, 28, were pronounced dead at the scene. The Jetta driver was taken to the hospital in critical condition. 

The male driver of the Toyota and the passenger were taken to University Hospital in critical condition.

The police are investigating the crash.
