Construction Worker Killed in Dallas Pedestrian Accident on Dallas North Tollway near Parker
Dallas, Texas (May 30, 2019) – A construction worker was struck and killed by a street sweeper Wednesday morning in Dallas, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.
The deadly accident happened on Wednesday, May 29, on the Dallas North Tollway near Parker.
DPS said the street sweeper was in the course of its duties when it backed up and ran over one of the construction workers.
The victim was taken to Presbyterian Hospital where he later died. His name has not been disclosed.
The DPS is investigating the crash.
