Cory Alan Parson Injured in Houston Pedestrian Accident on Westheimer Road

Houston, Texas (October 20, 2020) – The man who was injured last month in a hit-and-run crash in Houston has been identified as Cory Alan Parson, 26, according to police.

The accident happened around 6:25 a.m., on September 22, in the 11900 block of Westheimer Road.

Police said Cory Alan Parson, 26, was crossing the road, outside of a crosswalk, when he fell. Some vehicles went around him, but he was struck by a white pickup truck or SUV. That driver fled the scene after the accident.

Parson was taken to Memorial Hermann Hospital with head trauma, abrasions, and broken bones, where he was treated and released on September 30.   

The police are looking for the suspect.
