Dana Hernandez ID’d as Woman Hospitalized after San Antonio Pedestrian Accident on Bandera Road

San Antonio, Texas (June 3, 2019) – The 52-year-old woman who was seriously injured Saturday night in an alleged hit-and-run accident in San Antonio has been identified as Dana Hernandez, according to a local news source.

The accident happened at about 10:00 p.m. June 1, in the 900 block of Bandera Road.

Police said Hernandez was crossing the street when she was hit by a vehicle.

The driver fled the scene after the accident.

Hernandez was taken to the hospital with head trauma and multiple injuries.

A witness got the license plate of the vehicle, and the authorities were able to locate a possible vehicle in the 100 block of Clearview Drive.

The authorities are investigating the crash.
