Daniel Lozano Killed in Lubbock Motorcycle Accident on Quaker Avenue

Lubbock, Texas (October 12, 2019) – The motorcyclist who was killed in a traffic collision that happened in August in Lubbock has been identified as Daniel Lozano, 52, according to the police.

The accident took place just before 8:45 p.m. on August 28, in the 6600 block of Quaker Avenue.

Police said Lozano was riding a motorcycle southbound when a northbound Ford F-150 turned left and collided with the motorcycle.

Lozano was taken to University Medical Center with severe injuries where he died on September 10.

The LPD Major Crash Investigation Unit is conducting the investigation.
