Daniel Randolph Dies in Motorcycle Crash on N 3rd Street in Abilene

Daniel Randolph Killed in Abilene Motorcycle Crash on North 3rd Street at Willis Street

Abilene, Texas (May 6, 2022) – The motorcyclist who was critically injured on Thursday in a crash in central Abilene has died, according to the police.

The crash happened on May 5, at the intersection of N 3rd Street and Willis Street.

Police said a motorcycle ridden by Daniel Randolph, 72, was turning left when it crashed into a car that was also turning left onto North 3rd Street.

Randolph was ejected and was taken to the hospital in critical condition where he died on May 12.

The car driver was uninjured in the crash.

The police are investigating the crash.
