David Foreman Killed and Thomas Oden Injured in Lubbock Two-Vehicle Crash on Avenue A

Lubbock, Texas (April 7, 2022) – One person was killed and another was injured Wednesday morning in a two-vehicle crash in Lubbock, according to the police.

The fatal crash occurred around 10:09 a.m., April 6, in the 4400 block of Avenue A.

Police said 56-year-old David Foreman was driving a pickup truck northbound while 64-year-old Thomas Oden was driving a pickup truck southbound.

Foreman crossed into the southbound lanes and crashed into Oden’s pickup truck.

Foreman was pronounced dead at the scene.

Oden sustained minor injuries in the crash.

The Lubbock Police Department’s Major Crash Unit is investigating the crash.
