David Wagner Killed, Another Hospitalized after Bexar County Crash at FM 1346 and Loop 1604

Bexar County, Texas (April 20, 2022) – One person was killed, and another was injured Tuesday night in a head-on collision in the Far East Bexar County, according to a local news source.

The fatal crash occurred shortly before 10:00 p.m. on April 19 near the intersection of Farm-to-Market 1346 and Loop 1604.

A black sedan collided head-on with a red pickup truck, as per the report.

The sedan driver died at the scene. The Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office has identified the victim as David Gerald Wagner, 77, of Floresville.

The truck driver suffered a broken leg and was taken to Brooke Army Medical Center. Their current condition remained unknown.

No further details about the crash were immediately provided.

The accident remains under investigation.
