Midland County Deputy Hospitalized after Midland Car Accident near Business 20
Midland, Texas (May 22, 2019) – A Midland County Sheriff’s Office deputy was injured Tuesday evening after his car collided with a train at a railroad crossing in Midland, according to a local news source.
The accident happened off of Business 20 Tuesday, May 21.
Authorities said the deputy was crossing the railroad tracks when his vehicle was struck by an oncoming train.
The deputy was transported to a hospital with minor injuries.
The crash remains under investigation by the Texas Department of Public Safety.
