Edward Brown Killed in SE Austin Two-Vehicle Crash at Highway 183 and Riverside Drive

Austin, Texas (March 4, 2022) – A man was killed Saturday morning in a two-vehicle crash in Southeast Austin, according to the police.

The fatal crash happened around 6:45 a.m., February 26, at the intersection of Highway 183 and Riverside Drive.

Police said a Kia Sorento and a pickup truck were involved in the crash.

The truck driver, 83-year-old Edward Brown, was taken to a local hospital, where he later died.

The Kia driver remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigators.
