Ernest Drummond ID’d as Man Killed in San Antonio Motorcycle Accident on Interstate 10 near Loop 410
San Antonio, Texas (February 4, 2019) – The man who was killed Sunday morning in a motorcycle accident on the East Side has been identified as 37-year-old Ernest Drummond, according to the medical examiner’s office.
The deadly accident happened at about 9:30 a.m. February 3, on Interstate 10 near Loop 410.
Police said Drummond, lost control of his motorcycle as he tried to take the ramp from eastbound I-10 to southbound Loop 410 and slid under a big rig.
Drummond was declared dead at the scene.
The misty conditions which made the highway slick appeared to be the cause of the accident, police said.
The roads around the scene were closed following the crash.
The police are investigating the crash.
