Evan Hill Killed in Car Crash on 52nd Street in North Odessa

Evan Hill Killed in North Odessa Two-Vehicle Crash on 52nd Street at Clover

Odessa, Texas (September 20, 2020) – Three people were killed, and two others were injured in a two-vehicle crash Saturday morning in North Odessa, according to police.

The fatal crash happened just before 2:55 a.m., September 19, in the 1400 block of 52nd Street at Clover.

Police said a Ford pickup truck ran a stop sign and was hit by a GMC Terrain.

The Ford driver, Kaenan Garms, 19, of Odessa, and the back-seat passenger, Evan Hill, 18, of Odessa, were pronounced dead at the scene. 

The GMC driver, Andrew Nading, 19, of Odessa, was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.

D’Morriyon Breaux, 18, of Odessa, who was the front-seat passenger in the Ford and Benjamin Luna, 19, of Odessa, who was the front seat passenger in the Terrain, were taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.

Officers said alcohol was a possible factor in the crash.

The crash remains under investigation.
