Four Injured in San Antonio Two-Vehicle Crash at Westover Hills Boulevard and Wiseman Boulevard near Highway 151

San Antonio, Texas (July 4, 2020) – Four people were injured Friday afternoon in a rollover crash in San Antonio, according to police.

The crash occurred around 3:00 p.m. on July 3, at Westover Hills Boulevard and Wiseman Boulevard, near Highway 151.

Authorities said a red car occupied by two people was traveling on Highway 151 when the driver said she couldn’t brake because the vehicle might have had brake failure. She swerved right, jumped a small island, and hit a silver car, which was about to turn right onto the Highway 151 access road.

The impact caused the car to roll over, and the female driver was ejected. The vehicle landed on top of her. She was taken to University Hospital with life-threatening injuries. Her passenger didn’t suffer any major injuries.

Both people in the red car sustained minor injuries.

The crash remains under investigation.
