Four Injured in Two-Car Crash on I-35 in South Austin

Four Hospitalized after South Austin Two-Vehicle Crash on Interstate 35

Austin, Texas (December 30, 2019) – Four people were injured in a two-vehicle crash Sunday morning in South Austin, according to officials.

The crash occurred just after 10:00 a.m., December 29, on Interstate 35 near the Woodland Avenue exit.

Officials said two vehicles collided in the northbound lanes of the interstate.

A woman in her 40s was taken to St. David’s South Austin Medical Center with potentially serious injuries. A man in his 60s and another woman in her 40s were also taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

A young girl was taken to the Dell Children’s Medical Center with minor injuries.

The crash remains under investigation.
