Gary Biegas Killed in Waco Pedestrian Accident on N Valley Mills Drive

Waco, Texas (July 21, 2020) – The 60-year-old man who was fatally hit by a vehicle Friday morning in Waco has been identified as Gary Biegas, 60, of Waco, according to police.

The deadly accident happened at about 11:10 a.m., on July 17, in the 600 block of N Valley Mills Drive.

Police said Biegas was crossing the street when he was struck by a northbound vehicle.

Biegas was taken to a local hospital where he later died.

The driver remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators.

An investigation into the crash is underway.
