George Zamora Jr. Killed in Dallas Hit-and-Run Crash on IH-30 at Hotel Street

Dallas, Texas (November 29, 2019) – A man was killed early Friday morning in a traffic accident in Dallas, according to the deputies.

The deadly accident happened just after 12:20 a.m. on eastbound IH-30 at Hotel Street.

Deputies said a black Chevrolet pickup and a silver Volkswagen collided on the freeway, ejecting George Zamora Jr., 45, from the Chevrolet.

Zamora Jr. was then struck by an unknown vehicle that fled the scene.

Zamora Jr. was killed in the crash.

The suspect vehicle was described either as a white or silver in color.

The Vehicle Crimes Unit detectives are investigating the crash.
