Greggory Little Airlifted after Glen Rose Motorcycle Crash on U.S Highway 67 at Live Oak Street

Glen Rose, Texas (May 3, 2022) – Greggory D. Little, 57, of Granbury, has been identified as the motorcyclist who was seriously injured last week Tuesday in a collision with a vehicle in Glen Rose.

The major injury crash happened on U.S Highway 67 at Live Oak Street on Tuesday, April 26.

Authorities said Little was riding his 2004 Yamaha motorcycle westbound on U.S Highway 67 while a 2010 Honda Accord that was stopped at Live Oak Street tried to travel northbound across U.S Highway 67 onto West Bo Gibbs.

The teenage driver reportedly failed to yield the right-of-way and hit the motorcycle.

Little sustained severe leg injuries and was airlifted to a hospital in Fort Worth.

The 17-year-old male driver of the Honda Accord and his two passengers were not injured.

No other details about the crash were immediately available.

The accident remains under investigation.

Common Causes of Automobile Accidents

There are many different reasons why automobile, 18-wheeler, and motorcycle accidents occur, including driver negligence, driver inattention, texting and driving, speeding, fatigue, failure to yield the right of way from a stop sign or private drive, running a red light, and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. While the factors listed above are the main causes of most accidents, there may also be other factors involved, which is why it’s important that an investigation be conducted before evidence disappears, especially in cases involving a fatality.  At Joel A. Gordon & Associates, we will act quickly to secure accident scene photos, interview witnesses, obtain police records, and secure other valuable evidence needed to win your case.  Call now for a free consultation.
