Harold Garrett ID’d as Man Killed in Longview Auto Accident  on Green Street

Longview, Texas (April 28, 2019) – A man died in an incident suspected to be a hit-and-run collision in Longview on Tuesday night.
According to Longview police, the crash was reported at about 10:21 p.m. Tuesday, April 23, in on Green Street.
The report showed that the emergency crews responded to the incident and located a person lying on the roadway with injuries.
The victim was rushed to a hospital, where he later succumbed to the injuries. The victim was later identified as Harold Garrett, 62, of Longview.
Police are working to determine how the crash happened and the motorist involved.
