Henry Perez Killed in Bryan Pedestrian Accident on SH 21 near Restmeyer Street

Bryan, Texas (February 8, 2022) – A man was hit and killed by a car Sunday night in Bryan, according to the police.

The deadly accident happened just before 7:30 p.m., February 6, on West State Highway 21 near Restmeyer Street.

Police said Henry Perez, 48, of Bryan, was walking across the street, outside of a designated crosswalk, when he was struck by a vehicle.

Perez was taken to the hospital, where he later died.

The accident closed West State Highway 21 from Sims Avenue to West 17th.

The police are investigating the crash.
