Houston Man Killed in Two-Vehicle Crash on US 90 in Dayton

One Killed and Three Injured in Dayton Two-Vehicle Crash on US 90 at FM 1413

Dayton, Texas (November 12, 2019) – One person was killed, and three others were injured in a two-vehicle crash in Dayton, according to a local news source.

The fatal crash happened around 3:20 p.m. November 10, at the intersection of US 90 and FM 1413.

Police said a 2012 Dodge Charger, occupied by three Houston men, was heading westbound on US 90 and turned into the eastbound lane of travel.

An eastbound 2003 Chevrolet pickup truck, driven by a 54-year-old Hispanic man, of Houston, broadsided the Charger.

A 26-year-old Hispanic man in the Charger was taken to Liberty-Dayton Regional Medical Center with CPR in progress but was sadly pronounced dead on arrival.

The other two occupants of the Charger, a 24-year-old Hispanic man and a 21-year-old Hispanic man were airlifted to Memorial Hermann Hospital in Houston. The driver of the Chevy was also airlifted to the hospital. Their conditions were not disclosed.

The crash remains under investigation.
