Injuries Reported in DUI Crash on Lincoln and Texas Avenues in College Station

Injuries Reported in College Station Two-Vehicle Crash at Lincoln Avenue and Texas Avenue

College Station, Texas (February 16, 2020) – Injuries were reported in a two-vehicle crash Saturday morning in College Station, according to the police.

The crash took place on Saturday, February 15, at the intersection of Lincoln Avenue and Texas Avenue.

Police said a Bryan resident was driving westbound on Lincoln Avenue when they ran a stop sign at the intersection and crashed into a car that was traveling southbound on Texas Avenue.

Authorities said there were no major injuries sustained in the crash.

The driver who ran the red light was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated.

The crash closed southbound Texas Avenue for about two hours.

An investigation is underway.
