Injuries Reported in San Antonio Two-Vehicle Crash on Culebra Road

San Antonio, Texas (August 21, 2022) – Injuries were reported Saturday afternoon following a head-on crash in San Antonio, according to the police.

The crash happened on August 20, on Culebra Road.

Police said a car was exiting out of a neighborhood when it pulled out in front of an eastbound driver while the traffic was going fast. The eastbound driver swerved to avoid a collision but ended up crashing head-on into another vehicle.

The eastbound driver and passenger were trapped in their vehicle and had to be pulled out.

Five people, including children, were involved in the crash. Most of them were taken to a local hospital as a precaution.

An investigation is underway.
