Injuries Reported in Wichita Falls Two-Vehicle Crash at Brook and Collins

Wichita Falls, Texas (October 22, 2021) – Injuries were reported on Thursday following a two-vehicle crash involving an officer in Wichita Falls, according to the police.

The crash happened on October 21, at the intersection of Brook and Collins.

Police said a woman was driving a car when she pulled out in front of a WFPD patrol car at the intersection, resulting in a collision.

The officer sustained minor injuries in the crash.

The woman and one of her three children, who were in the car, were taken to United Regional to be examined for possible injuries.

The woman’s car was impounded since she did not have a driver’s license.

An investigation is ongoing.
