Jade Gilliam ID’d as Pregnant Woman Killed in Fort Worth Crash on Interstate 20
Fort Worth, Texas (March 30, 2019) – The pregnant woman who was killed late Wednesday night in a traffic accident that also left her unborn child dead in Fort Worth has been identified as Jade Gilliam, 19, of Fort Worth, according to the Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office.
The horrific accident happened on Interstate 20 Wednesday, March 27.
Authorities said four vehicles collided for undetermined reasons on Interstate 20.
Gilliam was taken to John Peter Smith Hospital, where she succumbed to her injuries at around 10:25 p.m. Thursday. Her baby girl was declared dead at 11:35 p.m. Wednesday at John Peter Smith Hospital.
According to the authorities, a ruling on the death of the infant is pending an autopsy.
The crash remains under investigation.
