Jayde Thomas and Za’Kerania “KeeKee” Collins-Lee Killed in Victoria Pedestrian Accident on US-59
Victoria, Texas (November 26, 2019) – Two Houston teens were killed earlier this month in a pedestrian accident in Victoria, a local news source reported.
The deadly accident happened on November 8, on U.S. Highway 59.
According to the report, Jayde Thomas, 17, and Za’Kerania “KeeKee” Collins-Lee, 19, were traveling to Three Rivers to pick up a friend when their car stalled out on the highway and started smoking.
As Jayde & KeeKee were standing outside their car, they were hit by another vehicle.
Jayde was pronounced dead at the scene. She leaves behind a 1-year-old daughter.
KeeKee was airlifted to a San Antonio hospital where her family took off her life support this weekend. Her family started a GoFundMe campaign to help cover the cost.
