Jody Davis Killed in Hit-and-Run Crash on Interstate 35 in Fort Worth

58-Year-Old Jody Davis ID’d as Man Killed in Fort Worth Pedestrian on Interstate 35W near Allen Avenue

Fort Worth, Texas (July 26, 2022) – Authorities have the pedestrian who died following a hit-and-run crash earlier this month in Fort Worth as Jody Davis, 58.

The deadly accident happened at about 6:00 a.m. on July 6 on Interstate 35W near Allen Avenue.

Davis was attempting to cross the street when he was hit by a vehicle whose driver fled the scene.

Davis died in the crash.

Authorities are still searching for the hit-and-run driver.

Anyone with information on the suspect’s whereabouts is asked to call the Fort Worth Police Department.
