Jose M. Grado-Dominguez Killed in Winkler County Two-Vehicle Crash on State Highway 115

Winkler County, Texas (October 21, 2020) – One person was killed early Tuesday morning in a head-on collision in Winkler County, according to the Texas DPS.

The fatal crash happened around 1:48 a.m., October 20, on State Highway 115, two miles north of Kermit.

According to a preliminary investigation, Jose M. Grado-Dominguez, 37, of Fort Stockton, was driving a Chevrolet Camaro southbound on the highway while an 18-wheeler was traveling northbound. 

For unknown reasons, Grado-Dominguez veered into the northbound lane and crashed head-on into the 18-wheeler.

The crash remains under investigation.
