Juan Carlos Cedillos Killed in Odessa Motorcycle Crash at 42nd Street and JBS Parkway

Odessa, Texas (August 11, 2020) – A man was killed in a motorcycle accident Friday night in Odessa, according to police.

The fatal crash happened on August 7, at the intersection of 42nd Street and JBS Parkway.

Police said Juan Carlos Cedillos, 21, of Odessa, was riding a Kawasaki motorcycle at a high rate of speed when he lost control and hit a Jeep Renegade.

Cedillos was declared dead at the scene.

No other injuries were reported.

Police are looking for another person who was seen riding a white older model sports motorcycle.

An investigation is underway. Anyone with information about the person’s identity is asked to call the OPD Traffic Unit at 432-335-5758 or Odessa Crime Stoppers at 432-333-TIPS.
