49-Year-Old Juan Lopez Lumbreras Killed in Temple Two-Vehicle Crash on Airport Road

Temple, Texas (April 15, 2020) – The man who was killed early Saturday morning in a two-vehicle crash that left two other people injured in Temple has been identified as Juan Lopez Lumbreras, 49, of Temple, according to the authorities.

The fatal crash happened at about 2:30 a.m. April 11, in the 2900 block of Airport Road.

Police said the crash involved a red sedan and a tractor-trailer.

Lumbreras, who was a passenger in the sedan, was killed in the crash.

Two other people in the sedan were taken to Baylor Scott & White Medical Center-Temple with unknown injuries.

The crash remains under investigation.
