Juan Sifuentes Killed in El Paso Motorcycle Crash at Alameda and Gateway North

El Paso, Texas (May 17, 2022) – A man was killed Saturday morning in a motorcycle crash in south-central El Paso, according to the police.

The deadly accident happened around 10:00 a.m., May 14, at the intersection of Alameda and Gateway North.

Police said Amber Lynn Valdez, 25, was driving westbound on Alameda while Juan Pablo Sifuentes, 59, of California, was riding a motorcycle eastbound on Alameda.

Valdez tried to make a left turn but failed to yield to Sifuentes, resulting in a collision. 

Sifuentes was ejected from his motorcycle, causing him to land on the sidewalk. He was taken to UMC, where he later died.

No other details were provided.

The police are investigating the crash.
