Kaitlyn Sucilla-Orozco Killed in 3-Vehicle Crash on US 290 in Gillespie County

Gillespie County, Texas – The person who was killed Friday afternoon in a three-vehicle crash in Gillespie County has been identified as Kaitlyn Michelle Sucilla-Orozco, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.

The fatal crash happened around 4:30 p.m., March 29, in the 3000 block of U.S. 290, just outside Fredericksburg.

DPS said a vehicle crossed over a center turn lane and into oncoming traffic where it collided with another vehicle. A third vehicle behind the car in oncoming traffic was also involved in the collision.

An Amazon delivery van was one of the vehicles involved in the crash.

Sucilla-Orozco, who was a passenger in the car that was struck, was killed in the crash.

The Texas DPS is investigating the crash.
