Landis Watson Killed in Killeen Motorcycle Crash on Cody Poe Road at Armadillo Street

Killeen, Texas (April 26, 2021) – According to the police, one person was killed and another was seriously injured in a motorcycle crash Saturday night in Killeen.

The deadly crash occurred around 7:32 p.m., April 24, in the 2600 block of Cody Poe Road at Armadillo Street.

Police said Landis Watson, 29, was riding a black Suzuki motorcycle southbound when he crashed into a Toyota Camry that had pulled onto the roadway from a residence.

Watson was pronounced dead at the scene.

The Toyota driver was taken to Baylor Scott and White with serious injuries.

The Killeen Police Department Traffic Unit is investigating the crash.
