Lorraine Quintana and Andrew Romine Killed in El Paso Two-Vehicle Crash on Spur 601 at Sergeant Major Boulevard

El Paso, Texas (February 14, 2022) – Two people were killed Sunday night in a wrong-way crash in El Paso, according to the police.

The fatal crash happened just before 12:00 a.m., February 13, on Spur 601 at Sergeant Major Boulevard.

Police said Andrew James Romine, 33, was driving a 2016 Toyota 4Runner the wrong way when he crashed head-on into a 2013 Camaro driven by 51-year-old Lorraine M. Quintana.

Romine was pronounced dead at the scene. Quintana was taken to a local hospital where she was pronounced dead.

No other details were provided.

The police are investigating the crash.
