Man Critically Injured in San Antonio Hit-and-Run Pedestrian Accident at Broadway and Elmira Street

San Antonio, Texas (June 13, 2020) – A man in his early 40’s was critically injured early Saturday morning in a hit-and-run accident in San Antonio, according to a local news source.

The crash took place around 1:00 a.m. at Broadway and Elmira Street downtown.

According to police, witnesses said the man was crossing the street when he was hit by a white pickup truck.

The pickup fled the scene after the accident.

Officers found the man lying unconscious on the street. He was taken to BAMC with life-threatening injuries and was listed in critical condition.

An investigation into the accident is underway.
