Man Dies in San Antonio Truck Accident on Interstate 10 near Fresno Avenue

San Antonio, Texas (June 15, 2019) – A man was killed in a rollover collision on Friday evening in San Antonio, according to police.

The wreck happened at about 5:20 p.m. Friday, June 14, on I-10 near the Fresno Street exit.

Police said a man was driving a black pickup truck eastbound on I-10 when he sideswiped another pickup truck.

The impact caused the first truck to roll over, ejecting the driver.

The ejected man was pronounced deceased at the scene. It’s unclear whether there were any other injuries in the crash.

The crash caused the closure of I-10 east at the West Avenue exit as the scene was examined and cleared.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
