Man Dies in Houston Train Accident at Sampson and McKinney Street

Houston, Texas (February 10, 2019) – A man was fatally hit by a train in downtown Houston on Saturday afternoon.
According to the Houston Police Department, the crash happened at about 4:44 p.m. on Saturday, February 9.
Police said a Union Pacific train struck a man who was lying on the tracks.
The victim was dead when the officers arrived at the scene.
The cause of the accident remained under investigation.
