Man Killed in Bexar County Train-Pedestrian Accident near Macdona Lacoste and Shepard Roads

Bexar County, Texas (November 27, 2020) – A man in his 30s was fatally hit by a train early Friday morning in Bexar County, according to deputies.

The deadly accident happened just after midnight, on the train tracks near Macdona Lacoste and Shepard roads.

Deputies said the man was on the train tracks with a woman when a train approached and the two attempted to get off the tracks, but the man was clipped by the train.

The man was pronounced dead at the scene. His name has not been released.

The officials are investigating the crash.
