Man Killed in San Antonio Pedestrian Accident on Loop 410 near Rigsby Avenue

San Antonio, Texas (November 10, 2020) – A man in his 30s or 40s was fatally hit by a vehicle Monday night in San Antonio’s Far East Side, according to police.

The deadly accident happened around 7:00 p.m., on November 9, on Loop 410 near Rigsby Avenue.

Police said the man was attempting to cross the highway when he was struck by a vehicle.

The driver stopped and rendered aid to the victim.

The man was killed in the crash. His name has not been released.

No other details regarding the crash were provided.

The police are investigating the crash.
