Man Killed in Grand Prairie Pedestrian Accident on Interstate 20

Grand Prairie, Texas (December 5, 2019) – A man was hit and killed by a vehicle Wednesday morning near Grand Prairie, according to the police.

The deadly accident was reported around 3:20 a.m. December 4, on Interstate 20 near Highway 360.

Police said the man was attempting to cross the street when he was hit by a vehicle. Another vehicle also crashed into the vehicle that hit the man.

The man was killed in the crash. His name has not been disclosed.

The crash closed the eastbound lanes of I-20 for several hours. Traffic was backed up from Collins Street in Arlington.

An investigation is underway.
