Beaumont, Texas (April 7, 2020) – A man was injured in an electrocution accident Thursday afternoon in Beaumont, according to a local news source.

The accident happened on Thursday, April 2, at Eastex Freeway and Delaware Street.

Authorities said the man was on a crane when the crane touched a power line and he was electrocuted.

The victim was airlifted to the hospital in an unknown condition.

No other information was available.

The Beaumont Police are investigating the accident.
