One Killed and Two Injured in San Antonio Two-Vehicle Crash on Loop 1604 and Pleasanton Road

San Antonio, Texas (August 3, 2020) – A man was killed, and two other people were injured in a head-on collision Saturday night in San Antonio’s South Side, according to the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office.

The fatal crash happened at about 9:00 p.m., August 1, at the intersection of Loop 1604 and Pleasanton Road.

Deputies said a vehicle was heading eastbound while another vehicle was heading westbound.

One of the vehicles crossed the center line and crashed head-on into the other vehicle.

A man was killed in the crash. His name has not been released.

A man and a woman were taken to Southwest General Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The authorities are investigating the crash.
