Man Killed in Winkler County Crash on Highway 18 near Kermit

Winkler County, Texas (May 28, 2019) – A man was killed in a fatal crash involving a big rig on Tuesday morning in Winkler County, according to the sheriff’s department.
The crash happened on Highway 18 south of Kermit.
Deputies said a car and an 18-wheeler were involved in the collision.
A man died at the scene of the crash. His name was not immediately released.
The cause of the collision remained under investigation.
