Man Killed in Potter County Car Crash at Loop 335 and SW 9th Avenue

Potter County, Texas (August 13, 2019) – A man was killed in a car accident on Monday morning in Potter County, according to the DPS.

The incident took place at about 7:45 a.m. Monday, August 12, on Loop 335 and SW 9th Avenue.

DPS said a 2014 Chevrolet Camaro SS was eastbound on SW 9th Avenue when it stopped at a stop sign at Loop 335. The driver then pulled out in front of a 2005 Dodge Ram 2500 traveling southbound on SL 335.

The driver of the Camaro was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The two occupants of the Dodge were unhurt in the crash.

The DPS is investigating the incident.
